You'll build customer retention by enabling loyalty card settings. Aside from this, you'll also have access to data of your customers' buying habits, preferences, and behaviors which can be used for your upcoming marketing strategies. To enable your loyalty card settings, follow these steps:

1. Go to Loyalty Settings

   

2. Toggle button to enable option

3. Customize the following settings:

   • Count - the number of orders needed for a customer to redeem their loyalty credits)
   • Type - choose whether your customer's credits would be amount or percentage-based
   • Amount/percentage of loyalty credits per order

4. Toggle button to disable loyalty credits for any orders that have any form of discounts

5. Choose a loyalty card background image if desired

6. Click Update
